Not much to say on this class.Ĭlass choice can be a bit hard depending on how you want to play, but if you have trouble deciding, create some alts with the classes you want to test out and see which one you like best.Īs for the guides: you should look at class guides and how to build and gear your character as leveling will go by pretty fast so you don't go in blindly. I'm not familiar with this class but I heard it is very good and looks stellar according to the stats. Lasher: This is an AK.To exclusive class and isn't offered on official. I was able to cleanse negative statuses easily with my healing skill. The ranged aspect was definitely an advantage since I could attack safely from far away and spam my freezes and stuns. The only problem that I had with mine was that it was a fairly squishy class and sometimes had trouble with nuking the bosses right away and had to be patient. This class offers stuns, knockbacks, freezes, and def shred making it a versatile class. If you don't like melee classes, I recommend this one. My survivability on my wizard was great due to it being a well rounded class when it came to healing, dmg, and AoE. This class offers a lot of crowd control, good mob clearing, and good healing/cleanse. These can be a bit inconsistent but when you transform your buffs they can seriously be a game changer when it comes to elemental damage and speed. The Wizard doesn't require a lot of micromanaging compared to other classes, but you have to use your elemental buffs when you gain them in order to maximize your damage. It's not the best overall but this is a good class for beginners since it is very simple to play and build. If you want to play a class that isn't too overpowered but still good for solo content, this is what I recommend. Wizard: This was my very first class in Ak.to. However it is quite squishy with low defense which can be a problem at times, but it's still a very viable class. It's very easy to dodge red carpets since you can basically teleport everywhere. There's a nocturnal skill which can heal you and a razor wind skill that is a very good DEF shred. Shinobi/Ninja: Top notch single target and evasion, decent AoE. If you look at the classes page all the stats are 2 stars making it a very well rounded class to play. It's a bit slower compared to Lancer but it's still an all around great class.ĭragonista/Star Caller: I don't have a lot of experience with this one but when I made a boosted character it was so broken that it felt like cheating. This class is also pretty good for solo-ing. You do have to rely on your divine energy button in order to amplify your AoE lightning/holy skills but it refills very fast. The AoE is amazing with this class and has great DEF, making it perfect for abyssal dungeons or otherworlds. Holy Sword: Great for nuking bosses similar to Lancer. The nocturnal skill and the Hymn of Doom saved me all the time and I was able to solo every dungeon with very little struggle (although the defense sometimes sucked). The Mark's Awakening skill may offer some learning curve but it's fairly easy to master and adapt to different situations. The Lancer is a versatile class with healing, nocturnal skill (turns damage dealt into HP), and dark/lightning damage depending on which mark you use. Lancer: Excellent DPS, effortless DMG, op skills with Mark's Awakening that can nuke bosses easily. It's good to start with a class with good area of effect and decent defense as these stats will help you vastly in high level dungeons. Private: you have to craft your own gear especially at level 90 which can take a lot of time and goldĮasier to earn gold with double weapon drops to sell (good way to farm gold in the beginning)Įasier to get eidolons, fortifications, and materials for craftingĬlasses I recommend to solo with are Lancer, Holy Sword, Dragonista/Star Caller, Shinobi, and Wizard. It's harder to earn gold in the beginning Official: you get an envoy cube which gives you a free set of coreless orange armor each 10 levels, 5 free eidolons (Aelius, Sigrun, Shirayuki, Gigas, and Uzuriel), some loyalty points, some consumablesĪuction is pretty expensive if you don't have a lot of gold These eidos are often locked behind a giant paywall in official whereas in private you can easily get all of them if you have enough LP and get many frags in the eido temple, sanctuary, and trials + the 5x drop rate helps a lot here in getting them. Later on, you will need a lot of eidolons for bonus stats and archive for the later endgame. It's very F2P friendly with 5x drop rates compared to the official. Yes, the private server is much better than official and is recommended for new players that are F2P.
